SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms and Conditions

Mascaras San Producciones SA de CV offers a mobile messaging program, which you agree to use and participate in, subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions. We may modify or terminate the Program or any of its features without notice. This Agreement is limited to the Program and is not intended to modify any other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy that may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts. We may also modify this Agreement at any time and your continued use of the Program after the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

The Program allows Users to receive mobile SMS/MMS messages by opting-in to the Program, for example, through online or app-based subscription forms. Your consent is not required to receive automated marketing text messages as a condition of purchasing goods or services. Regardless of the subscription method you used to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program. If you have opted-in, the Program provides Mascaras San Producciones S.A de C.V updates, alerts, information, promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (for example, product discounts) via text message through your Internet service provider. wireless services to the mobile phone number you provided. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to unsubscribe. You understand and agree that the above options are the only reasonable methods to opt out. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including but not limited to texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means to opt out. .

We may change any telephone number we use to operate the Program at any time and we will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including STOP or HELP requests, that you send to a phone number that we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

Wireless carriers supported by the Program are not responsible for late or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain with us accurate, complete and up-to-date information in connection with the receipt of messages, including, but not limited to, notifying us immediately if your mobile phone number changes.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising out of your use of the Program or your providing us with a phone number that is not your own. If at any time you intend to stop using the mobile phone number used to sign up for the Program, including by terminating your service plan or selling or transferring the phone number to another party, you agree that you will complete the process opt-out. set out above before terminating your use of the mobile phone number. You understand and agree that your agreement to do so is a mandatory part of these terms and conditions. You agree that we will not be responsible for the failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of any information submitted through the Program, any errors in such information, and/or any actions you may or may not take based on the information or the Service.

You may not use or interact with the Platform if you are under the age of thirteen (13). If you use or interact with the Platform and you are between thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age, you must have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to do so. By using or interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are not under the age of thirteen (13), are between thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age, and have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use or interact with the Platform, or you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. By using or interacting with the Platform, you also acknowledge and agree that Applicable Law in your jurisdiction allows you to use and/or interact with the Platform.
